Our bowls are shipped from our Amsterdam office. We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and the UK.

Your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your bowl(s), you can return it within the return period of 14 days, unless the bowl(s) is used or damaged. SALE items cannot be returned. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

Refund
Once your order has been received and processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return. The amount will be refunded to the account of your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt. The time period depends on your specific payment.
