Dignity is healthy food spot in Amsterdam. They use free range and locally sourced ingredients for their menu items. It’s not a vegan or vegetarian place but they always have a great vegan salad bowl on the menu, like the macrobiotic summer salad with a Japanese touch, below.
I love their vegan bowls and hope they will add some more vegan options in the future!
Dignity has two locations in Amsterdam city centre and in Amsterdam Zuid.
