Have you ever tried vegan tuna? This refreshing and healthy vegan “tuna” Poké Bowl is easy, fresh and super tasty. Gian’s Nutrition created this wonderful bowl. Let’s get started!
Ingredients for one bowl
- 100g spinach marinated with salt, pepper and 1 tsp sesame oil.
- 30 brown rice
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tomatoes
- Chopped carrots, mango, green onions, cucumber and radish.
- 1 Energy ball
Blend 100g cooked beetroot with 50ml unsweetened almond milk. Add 10g peanut butter, salt, pepper, paprika powder, 3g nutritional yeast.
- 100g watermelon (cut into 1cm cubes)
- 1 tsp soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds
- 1.5 tsp rice vinegar
Add everything into a bag and refrigerate overnight.
