During a recent business trip to Munich I discovered Rebella Bex. When scrolling through Instagram pics, my eye was immediately drawn to their vegan pancakes. Whenever I spot vegan pancakes, which doesn’t happen enough, I just have to try them.
Rebella Bex is a vegan cafe in the heart of Munich. It’s a nice quiet place that offers healthy food and drinks, and yoga. I ordered pancakes, of course and a detox juice to start my day.
The pancakes were served on a plate with fresh fruit and ahorn syrup. They tasted incredible and were very fluffy.
The whole menu looked amazing and I will definitely come back!
