- Ingredients
Coconut Yoghurt (for example Abbot Kinney’s Coco Start - Buckwheat granola (buy it in store or just make it yourself, super easy and much healthier)
- Blueberries
Method
Homemade granola: mix raw buckwheat, with a few dates, 1tbs of coconut oil and maple syrup and put it in the oven for 30-40 min until golden and crisp.
Tip: make some extra and keep it in a jar so you can top your bowls with granola all week long.
