This smoothie bowl is perfect to kick-start your day or to refuel after a workout. It’s super easy to make and you can add any topping you like.
Blueberries are low in calories, but high in fiber, vitamin C and vitamin K.
Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of almond milk or any other plant-based milk
1 scoop of plant-based protein powder (optional)
Toppings
Homemade buckwheat granola
Coconut chips
Method
Smoothie: Put all the ingredients in your blender and add your favorite topping on top.
Granola: Mix raw buckwheat, with a few dates and maple syrup and put it in the oven for 30-40 min until golden and crisp.
