Summer Smoothie Bowl

The Happiness Cafe and 24 Kitchen teamed up to create a delicious sugar-free smoothie bowl. No worries, it still tastes sweet 😉 They served it on of our custom coconut bowl. Make your own custom coconut bowl in our shop.

180 ml unsweetened almond milk or other plant-based milk
1 frozen banana
125 grams of frozen raspberries
125 grams of frozen cauliflower florets of frozen cauliflower rice
1 scoop of vegan protein powder
1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)

fresh fruit, chia seeds & granola (for a low-carbohydrate variant you can omit the granola and replace it with, for example, a handful of nuts from some extra summer fruit)

1. Put half of the almond milk (90 ml) with the frozen banana, raspberries and frozen cauliflower rice in a blender or food processor.

2. Blend it at a low speed until everything is crushed and mixed and then add the other half (90 ml) of the almond milk together with a protein powder of your choice.

3. You may need to add a little more almond milk to get the right texture; you can experiment with this yourself.

Now the smoothie bowl base is ready and you can finish it with your favorite toppings!
