Need some extra energy? This bowl is a real energy booster! Barbara created this delicious bowl. It gives us tropical vibes and oh my… did you see the kiwi berries she added as a topping? How cute are they?! Ok, let’s get started.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2.5 Tbsp frozen pineapple cubes
- 1 small avocado
- A splash of coconut water
Instructions
Blend until smooth and put in your coconut bowl. For toppings, you can use whatever you like or what’s in your fridge. This one is topped with fig, peaches, kiwi berries, red berries, and some walnuts.
